On the beautiful coast of Washington state in the shadow of the snow-capped Cascade Mountains, two fulfillment industry veterans Cathy Hayward-Hughes and Mike Bradburn had a dream to build the number one ecommerce frozen fulfillment company in the United States. With over 60 years of combined experience in operations management, sales, business development, inventory management, and shipping they knew their dream could become a reality.
With a business model that was innovative, creative, and modern, Cathy and Mike founded Crystal Creek Logistics in a modest Ferndale, Washington warehouse with a single client. The operations team was small, and the administrative team was even smaller – everyone felt like family. As a new company, they shipped their first package on May 5, 2008, yet this was a continuation of 8 years of prior shipping for their initial customer.
Since then, Crystal Creek has grown significantly and is a nationally recognized leader in frozen fulfillment with our broad expertise and constant innovation. Four warehouses are strategically placed across the nation allowing for unmatched transit times and lower shipping costs. Our dedicated team of employees upholds our values and mission with every package we ship.
